Bio-Beds Plus Mattresses are warrantied for a period of TWENTY (20) years. The warranty is comprised of Ten (10) years full replacement warranty for the first 10 years and Ten (10) years pro-rated warranty for last 10 years, provided to the original purchaser from the date of original purchase. Your Bio-Beds Plus mattress will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during the first Ten (10) years subject to limitation specified in this warranty. It is understood that this limited warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the mattress material or decrease in the slow recovery feature-aspects which do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the mattress. These are normal characteristics of the foam that can occur during the breaking in and do not imply a defect. Additionally we offer a comfort guarantee. If within 90 days of receiving your order, you would like to adjust your mattress firmness, we will ship free of charge, one layer either softer or firmer to swap with your top comfort layer.
Bio-Beds Plus Futons are warrantied for a period of Two (2) years. The warranty is comprised of one (1) years full replacement warranty for the first year and two (2) years pro-rated warranty for last year, provided to the original purchaser from the date of original purchase
During the pro-rated period, at our option, we will repair your mattress subject to a handling charge or replace the mattress based on a pro-rate schedule. The pro-rated charge will be as follows: the number of years you have owned the mattress divided by twenty (20), times(2 times for Futons} the original purchase price. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be in addition to the pro-rated charges.
This warranty covers deterioration in the cell structure of the materials that causes the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than one (1.0”) inch, not associated with a sag in the foundation or bed platform. Defects resulting in splitting or cracking of the material, with normal usage and proper handling, are also covered. Bio-Beds Plus mattresses have been designed to be used on a solid wood, non-spring, completely flat foundation or bed platform. Substitution or use of improper foundations, platforms, box springs or other bases upon which the mattress is placed is not acceptable and will void your Bio-Beds Plus mattress warranty and all other warranties expressed or implied. In the even of a warranty claim, you may be required to provide proof of the quality and suitability of the mattress foundation being provided to your mattress.

All Sleep & Beyond products are guaranteed to be free of any material or
craftsmanship defects. Our products are designed to last for many years
with proper care.
We offer:
- 5 year warranty against manufacturing defects on comforters, mattress
- pads, mattress toppers and pillows
- 10 year warranty on myProtector®
- Sleep & Beyond will repair or replace the item if it is found to be defective.
- Sleep & Beyond reserves the right to determine if the item has been abused or care instructions have not been followed.
- The warranty does not cover misuse or normal wear and tear.
- Please retain all original receipts and packing slips in order to provide proof and date of purchase.
- We do not refund after the product has been used.
- Return/Exchange Policy: Items are returnable for exchange or refund within first two weeks upon receipt of order.
- Due to hypoallergenic nature of the products and bedding law regulations, items that have been used, laundered, or are not in original packaging are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items unless product is defective
- Product exchange or refund due to the manufacturing defect will be made after reviewing the merchandise.

What does the limited warranty cover? Warranty covers: production defects and flaws Warranty does not cover: mattresses, pillows, excessive shrinkage and peeling on protectors caused by using high drying heat & bleach stains.
All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the mattress, foundation, or cover has been physically abused, damaged, burned, moisture saturated, cut or torn. Bio-Beds Plus reserves the right to refuse repair or replacement of any product deemed to be in an unsanitary condition. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. If the original purchaser sells the product, the subsequent purchaser takes the product "as is" and "with all faults." Warranty claims are to be made at the point of purchase directly through the original dealer. Proof of Purchase is required for all warranty claims.
